This symbol is Aya or the fern, an African adinkra symbol used in Ghana. This symbolizes  endurance and resourcefulness. My journey to create Progress Through Process has come from facing adversities, and overcoming obstacles. I like to refer to myself as the "learning" life coach because my life experiences placed me on a path, and that path led me to my purpose. I'm soaking up every lesson, facing every challenge, and doing the transformational work that brings about healing. That's what I want for every client, viewer of this website, or subscriber of my YouTube channel; is to shift your focus and change your life. A teacher by trade, I enjoy sharing what I'm learning on my journey to support and empower others!
